Fuel Pressure problems

Hey Y'all....       Anyone still reading this?

Looking for some fuel delivery advice on my stockish NX2000.  It's 
been way down on power, but running smoothly;  then over the course 
of 30 miles, it starting loosing power like it was going to 
die.  Thought it was a melted cat'cvtr, but that's ok.  Checked some 
other crap.. ok

Then got to the fuel pressure.  WAY low on my gauge.  32 psi after 
turning on ignition (should be 43), 22 psi @ idle (s.b. 36), and only 
30 with no vacuum on the regulator (s.b. 40 something).  The pressure 
also fluctuated wildly from around 16 to 28 when revved to 4000+rpm 
with no load.

So should I suspect / replace:
Fuel pump
Fuel filter  (should replace anyway, esp AFTER replacing pump)
Pressure regulator?
