Tweaking a 200

After a long time lurking, its time to start in on some new projects. My 92
SER had too many rust issues so it was retired and I'm working on a 95 200SX
SER. Going to transfer over my old turbo parts to a nearly new block I found
(some light rust in the cyl bores) 
Here is what I would like to know:
a) Are NU Tech products still available?
b) Anyone used rust-bullet products before?
c) Since motivational doesn't do Nissan anymore, what is the fall back
street/occasional race suspension
d) I assume my 92 JWT ECU is useless for the 95, right?
