Washer fluid pump

Thanks for the input everyone.  I am positive it is the pump - I get no
sound whatsoever when I pull the stalk.  BTW - the wipers do not
automatically start when I pull on the stalk either.  Does that have any
meaning?

Blair Judson ordered me a new pump.  I'll let everyone know if that was
the culprit.
