Timing Chain replacement

Is it really loud?  You sure it's not the injectors clicking?  It could be
the stupid chain guide that doesn't need to be there.  Either way I find it
hard that it's slapping that bad at such low mileage.  I've been in many
150+ mile SR20's and never heard a chain slapping.
