As a rule, warmer air won't *help* performance.
Clean your CAI filter and put it back on.
MAF voltage dropping means that you are getting less
mass of air through the MAF. That's because it's warmer,
less volume of air = less power.
Those A/F ratios sound way too lean to me, but I could be wrong.
