Cup Cars at the Strip?

I got the latest copy of SCC.  I saw pictures of a man who appears to
be Mike Kojima and two cars that appear to be Cup cars in the
"Ultimate Power Trip".  Knowing that road race cars aren't set up for
drag racing, I still have to ask...

How quick/fast is an SE-R Cup car in the 1/4 mile?
