My plan is to cut all the rust out, make some templates to
fit the contours and wrap the corners a bit with cardboard,
then take those, plasma cut sheet metal to match, and weld 'em in.

Unless there's a pre-made panel that I can weld in that
doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

I was looking, the channels on the roof run water right down
the A-pillars right into where the rust happens.
