Tranny is used in the FWD 3.5L Maxima 6spd also, and is regared a big POS.
They grind gears n such. Hyundai Tiburon V6 uses this same tranny from the
same company who makes trannies for Nissan. I posted a link to their site
with torque ratings n stuff a while ago.
