I hold in my pocket a sample part from my new job.  It's a 1.2mm-ish wide
anti-bounce disc for Chrysler fuel injectors, and it's tolerence is one
micron in any direction, including the grooves and rings on it's .7mm-ish
wide, .7mm-ish long nipple...you don't have to tell me about precision. ;)
