First check the endlinks on the sway bar.  The washer may have busted out
causing it to move erraticly.  It's probably that.  As for the other you can
get a ball joint just not from Nissan.  Get a Moog or TRW one.

Geo will probably speak up as to where to get.  :)  He probably has the part
number memorized.
