That's perfectly reasonable for a stock Classic.  The toe sounds funny; he
should be able to dial it quite a bit farther out, but may not be willing
due to shop liability issues.  If you had an outstanding alignment tech,
he may be able to squeeze'n'clamp more camber, but he'd be going out of
his way, and would probably charge you flatrate labor.

If you intend to stay in a stock class, you're stuck.  If you want to move
into STS (and lose the MX tires), you could use any number of methods to
get more camber, the preferred being slotted strut mounting holes, like I
had on my B15 for the last year.
