Wheel Weight vs. Wheel Width

I just bought a set of 15x7" wheels for my P10, for the track.  They're a brand new from Konig can they're called Konig Networks.  No one has a listing for them yet, but i got them through discount tire direct, through work.  They have 4x114.3 and 4x100, but i think the 4x100 aren't available quite yet, here in the US (the 4 x 114.3's are though).  They're 13lbs, the 205/50/15 azenis are 23lbs.  The look VERY similar to the Volk SE37K's and they're inexpensive too.
