worn main pulley & Wheel Lock questions

I replaced the main seal on my 94 se-r and I noticed there was wear on the
pulley (~125,000).  I replaced the seal and it still appears to leak oil.
Is there a sleeve kit for the pulley?

Secondly I got some really nice summer wheels for my 01 Maxima and I want to
get a set of wheel locks.   I imagine a halfway decent thief is smart enough
to have all the common locks discount tire etc sell.   Any advice here
greatly appreciated.  I was hoping to spend around $50 for the lock kit.?.
