Can anyone explain why one pour mount would last longer than another, i.e.
Mcmaster .vs. Window Weld?
I really don't care about the extra vibration I now have... I have 3 kids
and don't need anymore;).
Also, why wouldn't Window Weld work as well on my original mounts? They were
in excellent shape when I forced the ES inserts in even though the car is a
'91. Is it because they will now be a bit misshapened?
I really like the idea of the shifter not moving at all. It moves some, much
less than before I put the inserts in. I only replaced the oem
passenger/driver mounts with new oem mounts at the same time... figured it
wasn't necessary to control the torque movement.
Is there any way to use a poured product on those mounts? I really can't
remember if there was space for that in them.
Peter, maybe all that vibration is what's causing you to want to take sooo
many showers;).
Please chime in with experience and thoughts... consider me a rather hairy
Slavic sponge.
Peace Out,
Mark
