Were the pads genuine Nissan pads? Because of my experience with a Camaro and aftermarket pads, I stay with OEM pads. When I applied my brakes with new pads on the Camaro, it sounded like metal on metal and it seemed like the last 10 mph when I heard it. I was told it was the metallic content. It made my skin crawl.
