Horn Broken, Watch for Finger

How many of U have accutally seen this wire break ? I smell a scam,
mechanics get like lets say 10 bux to put the horn in, but like 30 bux to
repleace the "broken wire". No one checks their work really, they just
diagnose the problem and fix it, then they write out a BS story and warranty
pays for it. I know how the system works, I'm a mechanic myself, but with
the kinda work I do- rebuild trannies and engines over at Acura- its kinda
hard to scam something like dat. My .02
