Replacing door lock cylinder

Hi,

Has anybody replaced a lock cylinder in a NX door? If so, how do
you do it? I see what looks like a circular "spring" clip around
what I believe is the lock cylinder. It looks like that is what you
remove? Then there is the rod attached to the cylinder... it's pretty
tight in there, doesn't look like fun.

Also, anybody need a manual window regulator for a passenger NX door?
