Old style TE37 ??

I don't post often, but I felt you
Guys could probably help me.

Im in the market for wheels, purely practical
Lightweight wheels. My budget is tight
So I was obviously looking a rota's.

But someone is making me a deal on these :

They are coming from Japan in a few weeks.

16x7" 4x114.3
Sticker says TE37
They are RAYS Engineering Volks

I searched the net through and through and couldn't find
Anything about this model.

Im guessing they are around 11lbs and forged, but its just a
Guess.

Do any of you know this wheel ? Have specs, or remember reading
Something in old magazines :)

Price Im getting for these is 660$ USD (converted from 875$ Canadian).

Let me know if Im getting a deal, or if Im not.
