I'm not exactly possative, but after thinking about it, I think you'd need
to hog the holes out 1mm per hole to even slide onto a 4x100mm bolt pattern.
Think about it...
And the lug nuts would never bolt on, and mate up correctly to the conical
shape.

I don't know, you could always fix that with spacers, or while you're
hogging, you could take some metal off of the wheels. So far it's sounding
like a poor idea.
