Rotor Weight Effects on Dyno Results

It affects much less of a change than adding 5lbs of road wheel.  Because
the mass is kept very close to the center, the inertial difference is
relatively small.  I have no anecdotes to point to, but I sincerely doubt
you'd notice it.
