You can get new cushions from the dealer.  Bruce Hearn did his (they are
currently installed in my car (gotta get them back to you Bruce).  It's a
bit of a pain, but mostly tedious and time consuming.

I don't remember the specifics, but I know this is covered in the original
FAQ that Ron Chong put together and now resides on SE-R.net.
