Are seatbelts warranteed for life of the car? i have been having trouble with the driver's side belt retracting when i unbuckle. usually i could jiggle the belt and it would roll back up, lately i've had to physically pull it back in. if warranteed i will have the dealership fix, unless there is a cheap and easy way fix. anyone else have this issue?
