Yikes.  To all; is there a way to replace this screw?  Can you, like,
drill out the old one and just put a new one in?

I have not had to perform this personally, but I believe that you have to
go through the same steps as timing adjustment, then adjust the screw
(preferrably with a digital dwell tach attached to the engine).  I don't
really know more than that...have to wait for a more experienced LM to
step in this time.
