cat - failed emissions

[Fastenal GADEC]

HC limit is 141/146, i'm the ATL, Georgia. we have bad air so they are
really cutting down on emissions.

rich condition... i do have a pop charger intake..? i still have the stock
airbox and could put that on for the retest if it will help?

so basically a Catco or RandomTech cat should work then?
