Nope.  B15s, P10s, P11s, U13s, L30s, S13s, and S14s are all different.
"We" (bigger cars) use bolt patterns that are 114.3mm*4; "you" (B13s and
B14s) use 100mm*4, which is the same pattern that Civics and most other
"small" cars use.  You can use the same wheels that N14s and N15s use, but
not N16s.  You could also pull 13" wheels from an N13 or B12, but they'd
only fit the rears, because they wouldn't clear the front calipers.
