alternator/voltage

Connections are good.  It is a Pep Boys rebuilt alternator.  My last rebuilt
lasted as long as the original one (~100K), but it appears now I'm going
through the typical rebuilt ones.

Would any other parts cause the alternator to go bad?  Don't want to put a
new or used Nissan one in there and have it go bad too.
