Don't know about B14,but on a B13 it is centered between
the driver and passenger seat under the dash. In my case I
took both side panels off so I could work from side to side.
Be really careful removing the large connector.
Mine has a center thumb screw which should only be used
to make the final seating. Do not rely on the screw to pull
the plug down on the connectors. I eased mine down
carefully making sure there was no binding before I
tightened the screw.
Make sure the battery is disconnected before you start
(a good thing anyway as the computer will be reset after 30 mins).
I've had no problems and the performance change was
significant over stock.
