Magazine Testing locations

I'd probably email or call the publisher for the magazine and ask them.

You could also go to that track and ask an employee if they let people in
while the magazines are doing testing.  That could possibly be a way to get
info on future testing.

That would be pretty neat to get to watch them running the cars through the
paces.
