Thanks for the insight Mike. Good info, always.
With the emissions exemption for "occassional use hot rods" maybe have the
owner roll through the "tail pipe only" test (which I like) and you pay a
tax based on how much of a "super fund" your automobile ends up being plus
the annual mailage (so you would have to have a working ODO or install big
brother tracking devices... I am sure we would all like that).
Dave C once suggested a gas usage tax, where gas guzzling SUV's paid more
license tax than a miserly 911's and such. The other DC suggestion was the
momentum vs speed idea which was pretty funny.

I pay big bucks to get another 5% on non-turbo cars.
Depending on the year of Maxima, the Cattman pipe gets
rid of the pre-cats not the main cat, I belive that
Jizzes car falls into this range.
