can you clean an oxygen sensor? and how do you read them?

You'll need a MAPP torch, kinda like a propane torch only HOTTER. You can
pick one of those up at a hardware store.

Then you simply heat the tip of the O2 sensor 'till it's red hot, which only
takes a couple of seconds, and let the O2 sensor cool off and then
reinstall.
