Fastbrakes kit help!

hello folks,

I just got back from getting the 11" fastbrake kit
installed on my '98 200sx.

Well the pads are squeaking bad, and it sounds like
they are grinding badly on the rotor...

The mechanic that installed them for me said that I
need to get softer pads, and that I shouldn't drive my
car until I do!

Has anyone had this problem?  Is there a softer pair
of pads that I can get for the 4-piston Wilwood
calipers?

I am trying to get a hold of Brian from Fastbrakes by
phone, but there is no answer.

Please help!!!
