I'm not. I'm also pretty sure that the stock wheel weights have been
documented in the archives, but I'm not motivated enough to go digging
right now. :)

Not in my research. These days, wheel weight is taken very seriously,
even by advertisers, and I've yet to see a "lightweight" wheel advertised
more than .75lb less than it actually weighs. Yes, a 15*7 K1 should weigh
between 12 and 13 pounds. That's one thing that did suprise me about
Panasport wheels when I started looking at them a few months ago; they
really aren't that light. I'm sure they're strong, and I don't know about
inertial mass, but their static weight isn't impressive at all.

There are a LOT of aftermarket forged wheels on the CONSUMER market that
are significantly lighter. Centerline (a well-known domestic wheel
company) has a nice line of FWD rotary-forged wheels that weigh only 13.51
lbs in 17*7" sizes! Those run about $300 each from retailers like Summit
Racing. A style or two of them are even available in 15*7", which reduces
mass even more...
