2003 SERCA Convention

The 2003 Convention will be held the weekend of Nov 1 in Birmingham,
Alabama, hosted by the South East region. We are still trying to close
on a hotel deal, but that will be soon. The track we will use is the
Talladega Grand Prix. More info on the track can found at
www.tgprace.com. Once I have more details, and once the website for
