Freon to R132-A conversion.

Now that my A/C compressor is dead, I figured now would be the best time to
convert from freon to R132-A. I have a few questions.
Where can I get a kit?
Would it be worth it to scoop up a cheap new A/C compressor (there's one on
ebay right now) or do I need to purchase a different style compressor?
I'm assuming the conversion is worth it. A dealer quoted me $140 for a freon
recharge.

The auction ends in 20 hours or so, should I grab it?
