Help setting timing

It has also been documented in the archives that some cars need to have the
AAC valve unplugged at the same time as the TPS to properly set timing and
base idle. My '91 is one such car. After disconnecting the AAC the rest of
the timing procedure is followed. There is no assignable reason for the AAC
needing to be plugged, but it may indicate you need to clean it out. Mine
still needs to be unplugged even after cleaning and replacement. You also
need to set base timing to set idle correctly. Rev it a few times and let
idle settle between settings.
