Either have NO RULES, as in run what you brung (and as someone said, "hope
you brung enough").

OR

Make them all run pump gas (no booster either).  Engine must have been
available in that U.S. model chassis.  Forced induction allowed (but maybe
have two divisions N/A and Forced).  Owner has to drive their own car.  Must
have valid registration.  True Street Radial tires (No Auto-X specials, ie.
Hoosiers etc.).  No gutted interiors.
