sometimes the belts shift in the tire and cause a bubble in the contact
patch of the tire- on the tread side. Its hard to notice by just crawling
under the car like that. I seroiously doubt its anything to do with the CV,
brakes, or wheelbearings if U get a vibration from just driving. U need to
raise the front of the car up on jackstands, and put the car in gear and get
it going like 30MPH and watch the tires for hopping around or something to
that effect. U might even have a bent rim.
