Tire balancing

I'd have to believe that most of the wheels you can buy would allow attachment
front or rear.

But the next part might be just urban myth .. I thought somehow that forged
wheels came perfectly balanced (well, they should - pity they can't compensate
for tire differences) - I've also heard of set's of factory BBS's off of BMW's
that have come up 0/0 all around.
