Actually, it's not that easy. The chain doesn't follow a straight line
between the crank and the cams.

In order to figure this out, you need a solid lifter of known height
(hint: make a hydraulic lifter solid), valve stem height (FSM), rocker
arm ratio, cam specs, degree wheel, and a whole lot of time.

Hint: Most aftermarket cams are not ground per the cam card. Most aren't
the same at all, I have seen some big name brands that were as much as
12 degrees off. (No comment on who.)

Hint # 2: Buy JWT cams for your Sr20de, they know cams.
