before I get down on all 4's (I know what some of you are thinking) and
look for the resistor,

could someone tell me in more detail where?

****************
Procedure:

1. Locate the blower resistor mounted on the blower motor housing under the
dash behind the glove compartment.
2. Remove the two screws which hold the resistor in place. The screws can be
removed with a philips head screw driver or a ??mm socket.
3. Remove the old blower resistor. It should pull out easily.
4. Install the new blower resistor and secure screws that held the old
resistor in place.
