Actually, that's not it.  I think Larry would just rather the list go out
with dignity.  He's concerned that it has out lived its usefulness.  How
many times have we watched a great athlete not know when to retire and we
cringe as we watch him/her struggle along?  I think that is what Larry is
concerned about.

I think, however, that this is not really the case with the SE-R list.  I
really think it is still a foundation for many people.  Perhaps I'm wrong,
and if I am, I couldn't help but agree with Larry's decision (which is
entirely his to make).  However, I don't think I am wrong.  Volume of
traffic does not reflect value.

Larry, once again I implore you to not retire this list.  It is still a
very valuable resource and indeed a foundation for a great many people's
connection to the SR20 on-line community.
