Coilover (GC or whatever) hardware question.

Greetings list.

QUESTION: Does anyone know if GC sells the coilover hardware MINUS the
springs and at what price??? If not, do you have any opinion on the quality,
fit and possible trouble of fitting any of the inferior coilover sets
hardware on a B13???

BACKGROUND FOR QUESTION :  Living far away from the States, shipping costs
and Customs may add close to 50% to the cost of a GC set. Since I can get
Eibach springs to my liking here as well, I am inquiring on the availability
of the sans-springs GC hardware (be it from a vendor, GC, or used) or the
quality of the shitty sets I can get for USD60-something on eBAY.
