 1) Close enough.
 2) Still bigger than stock.

I've seen this cat-back come up a couple times on the SR20DEForum, and I
can't really see anything wrong with it at all.  Well, except for the
ugly-ass tip.

If you have a buddy with a welder, you can get rid of the clamps, too.

As stated, the tip is hideous.  I'd be willing to bet that the muffler
that comes with the system flows as well as a DynoMax SuperTurbo (a $40
muffler), and getting something better would be a totally trivial
matter.  As for the tip, you can do whatever you like, but I like the
idea of getting something just a *little* more subtle welded on. :)
