GC install question

Okay,

I just got my GC's in the mail a couple days ago and unpacked them to
check them out..

I know about the duct tape/blue rtv silicon install procedure, but I
noticed that the GC's come with rubber o-ring's to go around the shocks
now.

So, the question is:  Do I still do the duct tape/silicon procedure, or
are the o-ring's something new that work instead?
