Tire wheel combo

I need advice from you experts out there. What is advisable, considering
overall interest is acceleration performance with improved looks for
primarily street driving.............I live in Nevada.

195X50X15" or 205X40X16"

Considering price I'm looking into Konig Helieums 10.5LBS(15") and I think
12.5LBS (16") or Axis VPD's  which weigh  12LBS and 14LBS I think
respectively.

Currently my 14" tires have a .375" smaller diameter than a 15" wheel tire
combo and reduces the gear ratio for maximum acceleration.
