SR20 motor won't start

I thought it might be that so I checked to fuel pressure and
it jumps up to 45 psi when I crank and stays around 30 psi
when the key is in the "on" position, and drops to almost
nothing when the key is in the off position.

I recently checked the compression and found it's awful, and
it varies each time I check it. I think the timing chain may
have come loose or skiped a tooth or something because that
might explain the low compression. Unless, I did blow the head
gasket.

compression was  60 120 90 90
then is was      30 110 90 90

what do you think?
