ECU Tuning as per "Down Under"

Nope, he knows nothing about the CONSULT port.  In fact up until 2 months or
so ago, he didn't know anything about hooking up an external ROM the stock
ECU.  If you go to the nissans13 group on yahoo and go back a few months
you'll see where he starting inquiring how to do what he did.

This is where my interests lie - I want to be able to get data in and out of
the CONSULT port and not for tuning purposes (have some ideas for a
diagnostics widget).
