Installing fuel pump

Hey I've search the archives and the forum under the tech
section to know avail. What I  need to know is any tricks
or heads up info when I go to install my Walbro 255.
What's the easiest way to remove the rear seats?
What's the easiest way to get the fuel pump out?
Should I buy anything else new besides the pump before
before I start my mission?
