Car cover suggestions and storage

Hey All,
I am heading out to a job in the far east to work for
a year.  I really don't feel like selling the classics
as I hope to eventually turbo it someday.  So my
question is: what are your suggestions for car
preparation for a year and also an a fairly
inexpensive car cover to use.  I live in NJ and the
car will probably sit outside.  Anysuggestions would
be very helpful.  Also any suggestions on a place
where I can get the cover from other than online or
from a catalog.
