I used to have this issue last year. I replaced the resistor pack twice. My blower only worked on the highest setting. It used to just be stuffed up behind the dash, but there is a nice little slot right below/behind the glovebox that it mounts into with two screws. Ever since I mounted it there, I haven't had any issues. Matt
